Julie had the opportunity to become part of science fiction's greatest legend, Star Trek, when she portrayed Miss Piper in the show's only two part episode, 1966's "The Menagerie".

This was one of the most memorable episodes in the series, since it took footage from the original unaired pilot "The Cage" and interpolated it with new footage.
