Welcome to the 'Pobanz Family' web site...

We are an American family living abroad in Germany; we have lived in Utah and Arizona as well. Our roots are actually in Utah where both Bret, Jolyn, and Adam were born. Allyson came along later and was born in Germany.

Here is some additional information about each member of our family:

Bret (34 years) - was born October 2nd, 1969 in Ogden, Utah. He attended Lomond View Elementary, North Ogden Junior High, and Weber High. Upon graduating from high school, he served an LDS mission in Zürich, Switzerland. He attended Weber State University in Utah for his BA and Thunderbird in Arizona for his MBA. He is currently working as an International Operations Project Manager for PUMA in Herzogenaurach, Germany. He started with PUMA back in October of 2002.

Jolyn (29 years) - was born July 5th, 1975 in Ogden, Utah. She attended Mar-Lon Elementary, South Ogden Junior High, and Bonneville High. Upon graduating from high school, she attended Weber State University in Utah for her BS. She is currently a full-time mom to two wonderful children. Her maiden name is Gardiner.

Adam (6 years) - was born January 12th, 1998 in Ogden, Utah. He attended Ahwatukee Preschool in Phoenix, Arizona and kindergarten in Buch, Germany. He will attend the first grade this year in Weisendorf, Germany. He is currently losing teeth and enjoying taking care of his little sister.

Allyson (3 months) - was born June 20th, 2004 in Nürnberg, Germany. She is currently getting lots of loves and kisses from her family and has no teeth.
