Job Description: You will start working with NHCD in the Lead Generation Department to generate interest in our prescription plan. There are no sales made in this department, only surveying qualifying leads. It is a cold calling department. The lead surveyors are given demographic lists that will provide them the telephone numbers to call. All you would have to do call the people, tell them about our program and ask if they would like to be called back, it's that simple!


During the first two to three weeks, you will be in an on-the-job training period. You will be paid for this period as follows:


Week 1: We expect you to produce at least 10 leads. You will be paid $1 per qualified lead for the first 1-9 leads then receive a base pay of $20 once you reach 10 leads. You will be paid an additional $1 per lead after that during your first week. The purpose of this first week is simply to introduce you to our business and to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the lead generation process. This is also the week that you meet your manager, attend training, set up your office, and figure out your schedule. It's an adjustment week so we require only the 10 leads.


Week 2: You will be paid $20 base pay when you reach 10 leads or $45 base pay when you reach 15 leads; at 20 leads you'll be paid a total of $80 base pay. For all other leads between 10, 15 and 20 as well as everything over 20, you will be paid $1 additional. You will be eligible for any bonuses offered by the Lead Department.


We provide all materials, training, support and an access code for your phone that pays for your long distance because you will be working with people all over the country. We do ask that you pay a REFUNDABLE $69.00 security deposit for the access code. Your deposit is guaranteed totally refundable as long as you are willing to make at least 500 presentations during your first 5 weeks with us, which is about 2 hours of work per week. Most associates meet this requirement during their first week with us. This guarantee is made in writing and is one of the reasons that we have such an outstanding reputation with the Better Business Bureau!


Advancement Opportunities: We have promotion opportunities in Sales, Recruiting and Lead Management.


After 10 career leads, you qualify for a Recruiting position; to be a full-time Recruiter, you will also need to produce 5 leads each week for at least 3 weeks. The part-time average earnings per week for a Recruiter is $150.00 - $200.00.


To qualify for a Sales position, you will need one week of 10 leads and one week of 20 leads. The part-time average earnings per week for a Sales Rep is $400.00 - $500.00.


Lead managers have the responsibility for a team of reps, training, motivating and taking care of all their needs. Management receives commission on their team's production. Lead managers can average $350 - $500 per week. Some managers are making up to $1,000 per week. See FAQ's.
