But HEY, it's NOT a TOTAL loss. Got a wide variety of links, ranging from
pages of Bible studies to either encourage or irritate you (depending on
your perspective, I guess), to other assorted bon mots ranging from
great web sites for classical literature, to marvelous locations of classical
Christian writings spanning nearly two thousand years, to Aviation Medicine
and Biological Warfare/Bio-warfare links - an admitedly ...emm... eclectic
collection of things selected to amuse or enlighten...or both, depending
on your particular disposition, I'd say.
As you can see, I have attempted to forego the usual riot of festive graphics in favor of a more band-width friendly approach. Oh sure, there'll be the occasional animated GIF file wandering around the place >eventually<, but the content is in the >words< and the links. You want fancy graphics, go buy a comic book; if you want animation, you can jiggle the comic around while you read it (mind now, don't let your lips move...) - and at least try to make it an Illustrated Classics, eh?
Well, while I fool around building more pages to the joint, take a squint at my collection of links that I think will amuse, amaze and dismay you - it's a strange world out there, sez I, so best you go armed with a clue. Also, there's "The Iguana's Bible Study Connection" - a motly collection of writings by yours truly about God's Word, plus stuff by any others of "sound doctrine".
I've just added this
page. Come take a look at the
writings of Pastor Dave Smith. He's really got the >knack< for making
God's Word strike home and make sense, even to guy like me - >imagine<
what he could do for >you<?
In the mean time, all the rest of this place is still w-a-y under construction,
befitting the continued "construction" of my life in general.
Other coming attractions will include "Missionaries I know (even if THEY
would like to deny it!)"; "Ask the Iguana", where particularly impressive
epistles to this Web Lizard will be displayed, along with my witty repartee'
as rejoinder; "Assorted Observations on the General State of Things" collected
over the MANY years I have wandered this earth (heck, in lizard years,
I qualify as prehistoric mobile luggage); and what ever else strikes my
fancy, stimulates my muse, and otherwise triggers random acts of unauthorized
whimsey (you'll be advised where to tune in your local area for information
on how to protect yourself till it's passed)...
The
