Hi, it's great to have a visitor!! Sorry, it has been a while since I have updated this site (like NEVER!!!!!). But here I am, all of you visitors can relax. Well since I started working on this page, I have done three shows, bought a house, and started the fall semester at college. The shows went great, the first was "Fiddler on the Roof" the next was "Lovers and Other Strangers", and I just got through designing lights for "The Actor's Nightmare". The show and the designs (if I do say so myself), turned out just beautifully. I am still trying to decide if I want to audition for "Teahouse of the August Moon" or not. I am currently working on "Bigfoot and the Bodacious Beaver Babes". This is shaping up to be a cute show. It is the mellow drama......written by 20 year-olds, for 20 year-olds.....still, a good show, if anyone is interested... Besides that, school sux. I cannot seem to keep up with all of the assignments and still work an 80 hour work week. Now before you call me stupid for even trying to go to school while working, the extra hours came in after the semester had started. Anyway, the new house is wonderful, the wife (Tanya) started a home based day care. But now it looks like she is going to close the day care. Aw Hell, I don't know what she has plsnned, (as if I ever do). Ha ha ha....... The only thing I know is that if she does close the day care, it will save what is left of my hard wood floors............ha ha... You would really be amazed at how quickly 5 kids can destroy a beautiful laquor job.... I remember when you could see the ceilling in the floor. Oh well, it is just a fond memory now. This is actually the registered Murphy Clan Crest. My father made some "improvements" to the original COA (Coat of Arms). He added the Bells of Ireland on either side of the crest as well as the two crosses. I think that the crosses were for my mother's benefit more than anything else. I belive she felt he was getting a little wrapped up in the Paganism of the entire Celtic Heritage thing. This crest, as it appears now is not registered. That is a job my father has given me: Your mission, if you choose to accept it is to find out how to go about registering this family crest. This recording will self destruct in 5 seconds.......... My interests:
Well... More or less, I suppose. This is just a server provided list. A quick explanation is in order. BOOKS AND MAGAZINES: I like a series of books called DEATHLANDS writen under the pen name of James Axler. CARS AND MOTOR RACING: I am in love with my car (a terrible thing to be in love with really) a 1975 Chevy Monte Carlo in near mint condition. DANCE AND THEATRE: I am heavilly involved in theatre, as a matter of fact, that is my declared major in college. I am going to add a link to my theatre expierience (Damn, I can't spell worth a plugged nickle.) soon. ROLE PLAYING GAMES: Let's hear it for AD&D the original version before TSR started messing around with a good thing. FOOD AND DRINK: Well, mainly the "Drink" part. HeHeHe..... MUSIC: I'm sorry, I am a Texas boy after all. I think Garth Brooks is the most talented musician to ever live, including Elvis, and belive me, I don't say that without thought. I also love older Rock and Roll and some of the new techno stuff. NEWS AND CURRENT EVENTS: I just like to keep up with who our Fornicator-in-Chief is climbing on top of this week........ PHOTOGRAPHY: Mostly amature stuff.......Not that type of Amature Stuff........for you dirty minded little Celts out there. SCIENCE FICTION: That goes back to the series of books that I like so much. SPORTS: I like baseball, but only to watch, not to play.....Fishing, that says it all, everything else is just details........Mountain Biking, This is something that I would like to get into, I have raced road bikes semi-pro, but I want to get into the whole MB thing..........sailling and water sports, I plan on building a boat in my workshop once I move into my new house next month.
