(Consisting mostly of downed power lines. You'll see what we mean, if you have the courage, which "US" doubts.) The very stupid, whom those other than the Great "US" would call courageous, periodically make the dreadful mistake of entering into that strange place and are soon devoured. They are then digested and discharged as the very useful waste product known as the characters of INTENSE TIMES! The stories which they are then sent to inhabit, are conjured up in the rusty trap of the great "US" during the most nonsensical conversations stemming from the deepest slimy recesses of boredom as "US" sits suspended within the lower areas of this atmosphere (which is not that dissimilar to that of the earth's.) being held in place by two chain-like molecular structures loosely connected to another more loosely connected molecular structure which spans between the first two molecular structures. (i.e. the bubble.)
