My Favorite Nascar Driver is Mark Martin...Love that #6!!

He's from Daytona and I'm from Orlando, Florida, USA. Actually, he's from Arkansas, but now he lives in Daytona.

I went to Daytona 500 this year. I was in the infield. It was totally a HUGE PARTY!!! I had a blast. I went in Saturday night and had a fabulous time. There were a couple of live bands there...froze my butt off though (it got down to 38 degrees that night before the race and the wind was terrible!). But it was worth it! I missed last year, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

At night when all is quiet and
the world is fast asleep.
I slip beneath my covers and
ask God my soul to keep.

And my mind begins to wander to
the gentleness of you;
and I cannot help but wonder
are you thinking of me too?

Are you there inside my thoughts
as I relax within your hold?
Are you there to kiss me warmly
and chase away the cold?

Can you feel the touch of my fingers
as they memorize your form?

creating a thunderstorm?

as I dream of climbing higher
while we ride the waves of ecstasy
