NOKIA 6800
PROBLEMS

I bought the brand new Nokia 6800 in the month of Aug 20, 2003 from Emirate Computers - Dubai. I only started using it by late Sep when I got a new GSM connection.

The mobile set started developing hairline cracks on its both side and now even on the front of the flip, just after two months use.

These cracks are growing everyday even though I am refraining from opening the flip and using the keyboard.

This is really irritating and disturbing for me to note that a trusted brand like NOKIA is doing so badly.

I have been a very ardent fan of Nokia brand and ever since switching from Motorola to Nokia in 1996, I have preferred to buy Nokia every time.

In the last seven years, I have owned four Nokia sets and disposed these off in good condition. I take care of my phone and have never faced any kind of problem before.

Sir, I request you to kindly help me out by arranging a replacement set through any of your dealers in Pakistan (preferably in Islamabad). Please understand that it will be really hard and nearly impossible for me to go all the way to Dubai and claim my warranty.

I hope that considering my long association with NOKIA you will treat my case as a special one and grant me a replacement in Pakistan.
