We here at the NICP would like to introduce you to our views on, well, everything. But before we can, we must know that you fulfill all requirements to become a member of the NICP. Just read through the following and make sure that you fulfill all requirements.

You are not a resident of the planet Earth. If you do live on Earth, you do not live in Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, United Arab Ingrates, or Venezuela. (We just don't like those countries.)

You are over 150 years of age.

You have over 10 fingers. On each hand.

You have no ties with any democratic, republic, independent, greenleaf, federalist, or liberalist parties. You do not work for, know anyone who works for, seen anyone on television who worked for, or gave birth to anyone who works for any of these parties.
