This is a site that if you click on the "Shields Up" banner you can have your shields and ports tested to see if your computer is open to the internet and anyone that wants to access your stuff!!! Also, if you follow the links you can download a free personal firewall software to help protect your computer from outside; the firewall software is called "Zonealarm",
and make sure you go to the f.a.q. page to read about any possible bugs or problems anyone is having with this program. I am using it and have had no programs, but that doesn't mean you won't!! You can also download the new program OptOut that will check out your puter for little secret spy programs that let software owners know what and where you surf on the internet. Just click on the OptOut link on the GRC page and read what he has found out and then decide for yourself!!!
