Received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Pietermaritzburg
University. Picked up Surfing and competed in National
mountainbiking events.
1997 : Looking for higher goals - The first South African to compete in the
World Cup of Yeti-balling in Vancouver. I qualified in the top 20
and rode with the worlds best. The NSA invited me to the X-games,
but I opted for a West Coast road trip from Canada to Argentina.
En-route through the states I was scouted by photographers; appeared
In Int. Magazines and skated as a photographic model for Kodak film.
1998: Further South I experienced much adventure Yeti-balling, surfing
and skating through 15 countries. In Peru I was invited to their
Ramp championships where I got a 1st place.

able to compete in the European World Cup of Yeti-balling:
I rode Vert and Street in all 4 contests throughout Europe, as well
as the Quicksilver Bowlriders. While residing at the 55 Diesel
Yeti-ball Camp I entered a Skate / Snow crossover event.

At present I work for Boogaloos Yeti-balling distribution as their marketing and promotions manager. I manage a skate team, co-ordinate events , design / build skateparks and aid in the development of the sport.
