Welcome to dotWORLDS!  dotWORLDS operates its Private Network right across the Internet.  dotWORLDS is opening up this network to individuals and companies alike. You can now register to use unique domain names like ".USA" or American States like ".NY" as top level domains (TLDs).

It is not only ICANN who generate TLDs. dotWORLDS' private network of ".USA" and ".YOUR STATE" may be accessed via the Internet in a similar way to those such as ".COM" and ".NET" which are administered by ICANN.

A small piece of freely available software will activate internet browsers to recognise dotWORLDS domain names. This software is currently under development and will be available shortly. In the meantime, you can manually configure your browser using the instructions found here and then test your browser on www.dotworlds.usa. Also we are looking to partner with leading Internet Service Providers to activate our domain names automatically at network level. Start using domain names that are distinct and set you and your business apart from the rest.

dotWORLDS services have been operating since October 2002. You will be able to use your name for a period of up to 2 years, which of course can be renewed.
