This is the lowest lifeform there is, and one will hope that he suffers each and every minute he's in there. One would also hope that the family of (or one of the children themselves) is waiting if and when he ever gets out. Payback can be a bitch and lets hope this fucker gets what he deserves.

ADAMSVILLE MAN SENTENCED ON FEDERAL CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
CHARGES
BIRMINGHAM, AL - United States Attorney Alice H. Martin of the Northern District of Alabama, Carmen S. Adams, Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale, and Sulynn A. Copp, Postal Inspector/Domicile Coordinator, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, announce that FRED WADE was sentenced today on charges of one count of receipt of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography
WADE, 39, of Adamsville, Alabama, was sentenced by United States District Judge L. Scott Coogler to 262 months in prison (almost 22 years) and was given 15 years supervised release after the prison term is served. WADE was convicted on these charges on January 28, 2004.
According to U.S. Attorney Alice H. Martin, in July and September 2003, WADE was in possession of numerous computer disks containing child pornography at two separate locations in Jefferson County. The images on these disks had been received via the internet in interstate commerce.
At the time of the sentencing, WADE admitted that he had engaged in numerous sexual acts with a seven year-old girl in the Birmingham area and had forced the girl and an eight year-old boy to engage in sexual acts with each other in his presence. WADE also admitted that he had produced sexually explicit pictures of the seven year-old girl.
Additionally, a representative of the Simi Valley, California, Police Department testified at sentencing that in 1993, WADE was investigated for sexual assault with a four year-old girl. WADE was previously convicted in 1986 of lewd and lascivious conduct in Semi Valley, California, involving another five-year-old girl.
Judge Coogler granted the motion by the United States for an upward departure under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines based upon WADE's sexual assaults encompassing the children in the Birmingham area and the assault on the four-year-old girl in Simi Valley, California.
"The only way for children to be safe is for predators like FRED WADE to be locked up," said U. S. Attorney Alice H. Martin. "We cannot restore the innocence of the children he has harmed but we can and will work tirelessly to keep people like him in prison for all long as possible".
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, and the United States Postal Inspection Service, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney James E. Phillips.
