Drop-Shipping Service: This service is available to all of our book dealers at no additional cost (dealers only pay the applicable S&H fee). We custom design shipping labels with your    
name, company name, & address (for free) and affix them to your drop-shipped packages. We don't  include any of our  promotional materials to your customers, and will never use your customers' names for any of our mailings or mailing lists!  When paying by www.paypal.com or www.epay.propay.com, you would enter "your" billing address, and enter your customer's drop-ship address in the "ship to" address" section.  

Canadian Orders:       $10 Flat-Rate S&H Fee!!

International Orders: $15 Flat-Rate S&H Fee!!
