A customized O gauge Lionel train car with an operating submarine. About 250 of these cars were produced. The submarine actually works with a wind up mechanism. The flatcar is labeled "The Beatles". The submarine was modified to look like the Beatles Yellow Submarine. Lionel denied to have ever made such an item.

Another version of this train also exist with the Beatles image in white and a green Apple featured on a black train car" I don't think that Apple Corps would appreciate being taken on a ride!

Other versions include Help, A Hard Day's Night and Revolver. The cars are NOT authorized Lionel products. Boxcars were purchased after-market... disassembled, stripped, repainted and REINCARNATED The art work on the BOXCARS is Pad Printed (just like the big companies do their graphics). Not decals. A side decal was applied on one end flat to match the flatcar.
