Millenium Pizza, Inc. franchises and services approximately 15 Millenium Pizza restaurants in 10 states, mainly in Kuala Lumpur. Millenium Pizza utilizes three types of restaurant building formats: Full-Serve, Delco and Express, depending on the particular site needs and demographics. Millenium Pizza Full-Serve restaurant offers dine-in and carryout service and, in most cases, delivery service. These restaurants, which typically seat 120-140 customers, offer a regular menu of pizza, pasta and salads, as well as an extensive buffet for both lunch and dinner. The buffet includes pizza, pasta dishes, appetizers, salads, desserts and more.

Our Delco restaurant offers delivery and carryout service, usually in a much smaller facility. The third version, Millenium Pizza Express, is typically located inside convenience stores and college campuses, and is set up for carryout service. Millenium Pizza is currently rolling out a fourth variation, "Delco with Seats," which offers delivery/carryout and the flexibility of limited seating for dining in, which adds to lunch business opportunities.

As a purchasing power benefit to its franchisees, Millenium Pizza also operates a food purchasing and distribution division, FRESH, which provides the restaurants with approximately 80% of their food products and restaurant supplies, including Millenium Pizza's proprietary pizza sauce, baking and seasoning mixes. Additionally, Millenium Pizza operates three restaurants in the Ampang area (two Full-Serve and one Delco) for training new franchisees and employees and for R&D purposes.

Millenium Pizza's driving force is its commitment to specialty pizzas, menu variety and value and pizza dough quality. The three pizza crust styles offered, Original Thin, Y2K Pan and Malaysian Hand-Tossed, provide competitive choices for our customers. Each crust style is made fresh on the premises. No frozen dough, no offsite commissaries. New products, such as the very popular Pepperoni Stuffed Pizza, Pepperoni Wraps, Spicy Wings and our brand-new Millenium Party! spicy pizza sauce, continue to attract and satisfy our loyal, repeat customers, as well as to entice new ones.
