Word Processing:
Standard page: $12.00 per hour OR
Single or double spaced - $5.00 per page
Answering Services:
Non-refundable Set up fee: $15.00
Taking and forwarding messages: $30.00/mo Flat Rate, includes 40 inbound calls. Ask for special deals on high-volume inbound calls.
Bulk Mail Preparation**:
Standard preparation: $0.25 per piece from 1000 to 5000 pieces.
Deluxe preparation: $0.65 per piece from 1000 to 5000 pieces AND $15.00 set up fee
Stand-alone bulk mail services: Input and print labels $0.20 each, folding or stuffing $04.00 each
Ask for special rates on higher amounts. Minimum charge is for 1000 pieces. We can process up to 100,000 pieces at a time.
The Standard bulk mail preparation includes:
 Folding and compiling up to 2 different sheets or brochures
 Affixing labels
 Stuffing the envelopes
 Sealing
 Stamping and
 Dropping at Local Post Office
**You provide us with all the materials including postage for every envelope. Pick up and delivery available at a nominal fee in Orange /Riverside Counties upon request. Customer can also deliver and pick up his own materials or mail them. All postage charges to be paid by the customer.
The Deluxe bulk mail preparation includes:
 3-line Database creation (Excel/Works). Extra charge applies for additional lines.
 Letter Set up for merging with database.
 Printing merged letters.
 Printing labels and insert bar code
 Folding and compiling up to 2 different sheets or brochures
 Stuffing envelopes
 Affixing labels
 Sorting mail according to USPS Standards.
 Sealing and
 Stamping or dropping at post office (main facility for metered mail)
**You provide us with all the materials including postage for every piece and your letterhead paper or an extra charge applies for creating and printing your customized letterhead paper. Pick up and delivery available at a nominal fee in Orange County/Riverside upon request. Customer can also deliver and pick up his own materials or mail them. Postage charges to be paid by the customer.
Translations into SPANISH ONLY:
From any type of printed document: $10.00 per (typed) page (letter size, double space)
From audio tape: $18.00 per hour.
(NOTE: To transcribe and translate 1 hour tape can take from 4 - 10 hours depending on the clarity of the tape, the number of people speaking, the speed they are speaking, whether or not it is printed to hard copy, etc.)
Database Building (Excel or Works):
3-line input: $0.15 per name from 100 to 300 (Min. charge of 200 names applies)
5-line input: $0.20 per name from 100 to 300 (Min. charge of 200 names applies)
Fax Broadcast:
Standard broadcasting: $0.28 per page from 100 to 300 pieces AND $15.00 set up fee.
Deluxe broadcasting: $0.55 per 2-page fax from 100 to 300 pieces AND $15.00 set up fee

 Merging database with one-page letter to be faxed
 Local phone charges
 Report on fax transmission

Transcription
