I've tested
and invented several types of specialized gearing, including the Y
Gearing, the KHV
Gearing, the U
Gearing, the Zero
Gearing. Although these innovative designs are unique and can offer a great
promise in terms of large torque, small size, high ratio, simple
structure and low cost, they can all be fabricated by conventional gear
cutting machines and standard involute cutters without any new equipment.
It's important for a manufacturer competing in a highly competitive market
to continually find more effective means to deliver higher quality products.
The research I've conducted throughout my professional life has been dedicated
to finding these means. I'm confident these new designs can make a substantial
contribution to profitable MFG.
