Rubber Holder for Microphone Cartridge

We provide the rubber holders for all the Microphone Cartridges. We also can make customized rubber holders for your specifications.

Product Test Environment and Conditions

High Temperature Test:
After exposed to 70 ° C for 200 hours, tested in room temperature.

Low Temperature Test:
After exposed to –25 ° Centigrade for 200 hours, tested in room temperature.

Temperature Cycle Test:
The microphone unit is subjected to the following temperature cycle conditions for 5 times.
+50° C for one hour; room temperature for one hour; -10 ° C for one hour; room temperature one hour.

Humidity Test:
The microphone unit is tested under the humidity condition: +40 ° C, 90% RH for 200 hours, then tested after under room temperature for 6 hours.

Drop test:
The microphone unit without package is tested three axisdrops from the high of 1 meter to a 2mm thick hardwood board.

Vibration Test:
The microphone unit is subjected to each 3 minutes vibration at three axises, 3 mm dynamic range, 1000 cycle/minute.

Storage temperature:
-20° C to +60 ° C .
