- Managed all clinical (patient scheduling, billing, patient assessment, physician communication, patient education, radiation services delivery) and non-clinical activity (community marketing and development of a referral network; fee schedules, cost analysis; and break-even scenarios; negotiation of manufacturer service contracts; staffing and certification verification), reporting to Hospital Administrator in Dyersburg and Director of Radiation Therapy Services in Memphis.
