 Bonus Project ($8,000-$16,000; no deadline)
This project involves any suggestion which can improve the efficiency or the productivity of our company. Entries will be judged by the Chief Operating Officer (COO), based upon the suggestions implement ability and efficiency. The level of improvement will determine the size of the bonus.

The entries may be submitted by teams; the bonus is equally given no matter what the size of teams (i.e., the bonus will be $8,000-$16,000 per person, not per team).
