| Bingo! How many times have you heard (seen) that shouted out
at an online game site? More than you can count probably. What? You say
you haven't ever played Bingo? Well, shame shame.....maybe we can correct that
little situation and obviously you are interested or you would not be here, right? What is a Bingo Maniac? How do I know if I am one? Is there a Bingo-aholics website? Help! I can't stop playing Bingo! Bingo is a very simple game played on a game board of
25 squares. The site you are playing at will indicate which pattern that you are to fill in and once you have that done then you click on the "I've Got Bingo" sign. It might be a good idea to find out where this is before you actually win a game and then lose it because you don't know where to click. Some sites have only three or four patterns and others have around ten patterns. Every Bingo site is different in the way they present their bingo playing boards. The game sounds easy, right? However easy it does sound often it is not. A person can sit and wait for his/her last remaining number for many called numbers and still not win. Frustrating? Uh, yeah. However this is a pretty mindless game and it can be guarranteed to occupy hours and hours of your time. Most Bingo sites offer points which then can be exchanged for cash. At one site, 1500 points can be traded in for $10.00. The amounts vary at each site. How can you tell if you
are addicted to Bingo?
Bingo Playing Sites: Bingo Online.com At present they offer eight different games which can be played for either prizes or just plain fun. These games are three regular bingos, speed bingo, two splatter bingos, progressive bingo and blackout. Splatter bingo consists of a gun which pops up and shoots out three bullets, ie numbers at one time. These numbers are placed on a bullseye and you fill in a regular Bingo Board to win, in whatever pattern has been designated. It's pretty fun but it's also a quicker bingo game. No playing duplicate cards for this one. They also offer frequent tournaments. There is no fee to play the games nor to register. At the top of their cards is one space for advertisements and they do not have popups which get in the way. They also have a sister site called BingoStop Bingo Town I was able to register but not play at this site. The pages did not load for me. A bit of work needs to be done here before anyone can play apparently. Bingo.com Registration was pretty easy at this site. They offer free play and prizes. They have six five-in-a-row games, one progressive, three patterns and one blackout. Upon registration, for filling out their survery they give you 100 Bingo dollars. In black-out they call only 54 balls and the numbers can be covered and uncovered. On a blackout this is a little redundant but it is a nice extra. The graphics were great, chat area was nice and the ads were all off to the side. I saw no way to change cards or to get extra points here. Their web site was very well done and filled with information about special games. This is a very friendly Bingo site to play at. Some bugs are here though, the game freezes up a lot and several players reported during the short time I was there that they had bingo's and could not claim them. Their games are fast with very short intermissions. Uproar Uproar offers quite a few different games as well as Bingo. Bingo Blitz and Bingo BlowOut which are offered in two views. The new view makes it a lot easier to see all of the numbers as they come out. Registration is easy and painless and playing is free. They give points which can be traded for money. The only problem with this site is that quite often the lag is pretty bad and balls will be called long before you get them. Gamesville There are 5 Bingo games here. Atomic Bingo, the Bingo Zone, Bonus Ball Bingo, Catch-up Coverall and Three-Eyed Bingo. Registration is simple, playing is free and points are given which can be converted to cash. CyberBingo This is a paying Bingo game. Their cards can cost as little as one quarter. Obviously, I can offer no further information as there are enough free sites available that I don't go to this one. However, they do have a coverall bingo on Saturday nights for which the pot is supposedly $1,000.00. There is software to be downloaded for this site. iBingo In order to play at this site you must download a large software program. The program as run on my system, a 433mhz with 96meg ram, did run pretty slow. They offer audio which might be the cause for their slowness. They have one free game offered here. Home Bingo Must download software to play from this site. I never actually got to play but apparently a person plays until their name gets to be one of the highest on a list and if so at the end of any day then you win money. I wasn't able to get much information from this site and do not recommend it. The impression I got was that they were really promoting casino web sites. Don't bother with this one. Bingo24-7 This game offers each individual one set of cards per day. You can play at anytime. The game is letters and are covered by dots. You click play once per minute to see new numbers called. In version one the numbers are marked for you. This was a very confusing bingo game, not recommended. BingoHour This is a paying Bingo site. Flash is used and audio is available. The graphics are terrific and the audio is a female voice calling out the numbers. Credit cards must be used to purchase cards for this site. If you are interested in a paying site, this one looks pretty good as to graphics, however I cannot say much about the money. Amusi.com Paying Bingo site with customizable cards, skins, dauber, dauber colors, bingo callers, etc... Game Hub This is one of my favorites. Play patterns, speed bingo, coverall or bongo. Tourneys several times a week and on Holidays. Players are allowed to play up to three windows (24 cards) at one time. Sound is available to mark balls being played but often causes lock-ups. Sound is definitely not recommended. Play for points and convert them to cash. This is a free play site. Game Hut Sister site to the Game Hub. Offers regular bingo and coverall. Free play site. My favorite place to play Bingo and less well known than the Hub. Free Live Bingo FreeliveBingo.com is a new Bingo site that had a grand opening, however they did not anticipate the huge response they got and their server became overloaded. You can go and sign up with them and they will send you an email whenever the site reopens. This Bingo site offers flash and also free play with numbers called using audio. A great looking Bingo site so far, but I have not been able to play any games there as of yet. At this time they state they are still in the beta testing stage, yet do allow playing, numbers of players are limited and at the top of every hour they are having a drawing for a web camera. That's all of the bingo sites that I know of, I'm sure there are more somewhere and when I find them I will add them to this list. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. How do you win more often at Bingo? Simple. Distract your roomies with lots of chatter and instead of clicking numbers they will spend time chatting with you, get behind, and hopefully allow you to win instead :) This doesn't always work however, as most Bingo Halls offer the option to ignore you or turn off chat altogether :) Best of Luck with YOUR Bingo's.
