Dear Madam,
This letter should have come to you a lot earlier, yet due to the Chinese system of my computer had been down and only recovered recently, meanwhile, I insist Chinese expression being employed on this letter is essential.
本鳴謝信本應於去年年底完成，可惜電腦中文系統發生固障，直至最近才修復功能，由於我們堅持以中文為主要表達文字，未能趕及於去年年底寄出以便順道祝賀千禧，實在有點遺憾。

My mother had been rushed into PYNEH on the ground of Heart failure and chest pain on 29th Nov.,99; she left Ward B4 happily on 10th Dec., 1999.

My mother and family members would love to address our thanks & appreciation to Ward B4 as well as PYNEH.

Visibly, Ward B4 is most of the time a scene of hustle and bustle, a ward vibrant with energy

and activities, which quite often very busy as the Emergency on the G/F, particularly when new patient(s) flock in. We could see a lot of the staff members ( specially the nurses ) in Ward B4. have very quick pace.

This time, almost 3/4 of the my mother's stay in PYNEH spent in Ward B4. In the duration, my mother was in good hands, my mother and I really have some people in Ward B4 to thank.

Please excuse in the event that the English spelling is incorrect and kindly refer to the Chinese names.

At the same time, I have to appologize to English readers that for the reason we have too many people to thank, to prevent this letter from being too big, our praising to the staff members below listed will simply be expressed in Chinese only )

本人母親於去年１１月２９日，因心律不正及心口疼痛而急送貴院。住院期間大部份時間是在４Ｂ渡過。

４Ｂ明顯是一個非常繁忙兼緊張的病房，尤其當新症從急症室蜂湧而至，病房的醫護人員更是忙個不可開交，（其中以護士

最為甚），其緊急情况直迫急症室。不過，在如此繁忙緊迫的情況下，病人和家人都感受到多位醫護人員的禮貌友善對待，令母親在貴院的日子過得容易。

母親在同年１２月１０日出院返家，為向有關醫護人員表示謝意，特以此函致謝。（有關人員的名稱以中文為準）。
