We are specialised in recruitment and selection on the base of research. We try to create a bridge between the diverse cultural backgrounds in a company by offering solutions to cultural differences and problems which can evolve in a multicultural organization. By so doing your organization can benefit from a multicultural workforce. In order to give advise we organise sessions and courses for management and staff to learn working in a cultural diverse environment. Economic benefits of diversity The Ministry of Public Health, Welfare and Sports has commissioned a follow-up project on the longitudinal study on managing diversity described above. The object of this project, executed in cooperation with Dr. F. Derveld, Ph.D., University of Groningen, is to gain insight in the kinds of economic benefits of (managing) diversity perceived by managers of Dutch companies in different sectors. This information will be useful in the Ministry's policy of promoting management of diversity.
