Hi and Asalam-o-Alaikum to all of uI am Taimoor from Karachi, Pakistan.Im 22 and is doing my Bachelors in Business Administration. People here in pakistan always asked me that why isnt there any Special Pakistan page,so i just ] kept there word and viola just made it,so congratulations to all those who wanted to know all about this beautiful country and loved it. It's the site of some of the earliest human settlements, home to an ancient civilisation rivalling those of Egypt and Mesopotamia, and the crucible of two of the world's major religions, Hinduism and Buddhism. Pakistan is a beautiful land of 5 rivers flowing through the green and snowy valleys It has 4 Provinces namely SINDH PUNJAB BALUCHISTAN AND NWFP I hope this page provides all the necessary information to all those who want to visit the country so settle down and Fasten your seat belts coz we are going to visit the beautiful land HaVe fun and ENJOY>>:)

Pakistan has a wide variety of places to visit with some extra ordinary and excuisite spots. | Pakistan has the worlds Top 7 highest mountain peaks in the world with K-2 and Nangaparbat being the 2nd highest and 3rd highest respectively having a heght of more than 22,000ft The Northern areas of pakistan are quite versatile and unique in the way that some of its parts are snow capped through ut the year and the other parts are lush green fields. There are some great beautiful valleys which are considedred to be the worlds finest and beautiful, Sawat ,Naran and Kaghan valleys are to name a few,Sawat valley has the great Sawat river which is considered to be the world fastest flowing river. coming down to the central and southern parts of the country we find 2 greatest civilizations of the world HARRAPA AND MOENJO-DARO(CITY OF THE DEAD) These civilizations range from 1500BC-2500BC.Moenjo-Daro is supposedly one of the worlds greatest 
early civilizations when it was discovered in 1881,the world was shocked to see the civilization as being so modern and advance in accordance with the period. In the southern most part lies the city where i live is Karachi ,it is the largest city of Pakistan, being a port city it is very over populated, it has one of the finest Airport in the world(Jinnah Terminal) which is the base of communication with the rest of the world; The terminal is awaiting u to come and see this Beautiful exotic country! As many other countries Pakistan is also a keen fanatic of sports, | With cricket leading all the way through and Squash,Hockey and Snooker following People here are just crazy about Cricket,it has become there life blood.Pakistan has produced one of the finest cricketers of the world like Imran Khan,Javed Miandad,Hanif Muhammad.... these are considered to be THE super stars of the nation,they are ideal personalities of every 2nd kid in the country they are literally worshipped here.Imran Khan became so popular that he enetered politics and aslo made worlds finest Cancer Hospital in Lahore with the help of the people of the country. Squash is not widely played BUT,strangely Pakistan has been ruling the squash world for the last 45 years only Jeahngir khan and Jansher Khan maintaned 15 years of complete supermacy and were undefeated from 1980-1997. Before them Qamar zaman,Hashim Khan,Roshan Khan were world champions,Pakistan is Undobtedly the KING OF SQUASH. Hockey is fairly played all through the country but even being the National game of the country could not just attract people as cricket did ,Hockey because of lack of media coverage is dieing out although the Hockety teams has many laurels for the nation like 1984olympics,19966worldcup, and 1996champions trophy titles. Snooker is not as famous as other games mentioned but it is getting up its pace..it is usually played in the urban localities and is considered to be a good passtime and is played on the club level BUT surprisingly in 1994 Pakistan's ace queist Muhammad Yousuf won the world championship in South Africa and stunned the world!... Many Many other sports are played here in the country and it can very easily be said that pakistan is a great Sports Fanatic country!
