The picture on the left is intended to be replaced by your own picture. Go to the last step, which is called "Customize Page", and click on the photograph. Now click on "Style", and choose "From my File Store". Here you can pick a photograph you have previously uploaded, or click on "Get Picture" to upload a new one.
