Experience
Mark's vast range of qualifications and experience in the sport and fitness industry has led to him become a highly motivating Personal Trainer. His experience includes coaching children in football, swimming and athletics, which has made Mark well known for his patience and reliability. He regularly trains clients with varying needs, including pre- and post-natal women, and people suffering from hypertension, diabetes and asthma.

Methods
Mark's methods include setting realistic goals and targets for clients to achieve through exercise and sensible eating. Clients are encouraged to keep food diaries that Mark can then analyse, to more fully understand the client's lifestyle. Mark also focuses on the psychological aspect of fitness and weight loss and is a strong believer in motivational quotes. Feedback from clients suggests that this added focus on learning to channel positive thoughts and energy, and the elimination of negative feelings has helped them not only to achieve their goals, but also to feel good about themselves.

Location
Mark appreciates that it is not always easy to find the motivation to go to the local gym to work out. He therefore travels to each client's home and takes his training equipment with him, so there really is no excuse not to exercise! Mark's fitness sessions vary considerably, and are tailored to the needs of individual clients: they include circuit training, Boxercise, running, weight training and toning. Each training session is designed to be varied and interesting and makes use of the client's surroundings, ie gardens, nearby parks etc.
