A Prayer for Mothers who have
Aborted their Babies
Dear Father in heaven, You know how we are all sinners and make mistakes. We too, know Your tender Mercies. Please forgive me for aborting my baby. I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, but now I know I did not put my trust in You.
I am so happy to learn that my little one is up there with You and that I am "now able to ask forgiveness from my child who is now living in the Lord."
(Pope John Paul 11, The Gospel of Life.) I am looking forward to our reunion in Your time. I promise to go to confession and start my life anew, always remembering to seek Your help first. Jesus, I trust in You. Amen
