Please Note : Members and guests are reminded that they take part in Field Meetings and accept lifts at their own risk. You will not be allowed to attend without the safety equipment specified or if the leader thinks you are not suitably attired. Hard hats may be borrowed from the Society Secretary if you ask in advance. Students under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you can offer a lift or would like a lift to any meeting please contact the Secretary. Please contact the Secretary if you wish to come to a field meeting so that the leaders will know how many people to expect. Please read our safety policy before attending field meetings. The Society reserves the right to exclude people who are not wearing the necessary protective clothing/equipment.

Winter lecture meetings start at 7-30 p.m. and are held in the Department of Geography, University of Hull (unless otherwise stated). Non-members are welcome to attend but please arrive before the start of the meeting - the doors will be locked after the meeting starts for security reasons.
