Hi! Wow, it's taken me 18 (long) years
to get here, but I finally made it. I graduated!!! Graduation
day was the best day (so far) in my life! As of May 28, 1999, I have closed
one chapter in my life, and all to ready to open the next chapter...college.
A Little about me...
OK...three words for you:
Manatees
Fire
Godfather
That about sums up my interests. I love
manatees.
When I was down in Florida in 8th grade I saw them for the first time and
they just captured my heart the instant I saw them. I mean, come
on. Those adorable faces, the fact that they are endangered, so slow
and big and curious, and have no natural enemies, except man. What
is NOT to love? OK, my next interest. Well, it's not really
an interest. More like a fetish. FIRE. I LOVE FIRE.
I think I must be a pyrromaniac. But, for some reason, fire just
amazes me. I love to light a match and just watch it burn.
In fact, I just put a new screensaver on my computer. OH yeah, you
guessed it. FIRE. Now when I'm not using my computer, it's
on fire. I can just sit there and watch it. Granted, it's not
as hypnotizing as the real thing, but it's cool. And last, but certainly
not least...THE GODFATHER...this
obsession started last summer when I saw the Godfather for the first time.
I have always been kind of interested in the whole Italian/mafia thing.
And when I saw that movie, it turned the interest into obsession.
Now, I own the trilogy, which is strategically placed on top of my television
with candles by them. I light the candles when I watch the movies
(there's that fire thing again). Does that scare you? It kind of
scares my parents...hehe. I also have Godfather posters up in my
room. And I own all three soundtracks. If you could see my
room, you could easily guess that my interests lie with manatees and The
Godfather. (The fire thing is a bit more difficult, cause I really
can't set my room on fire to show that interest.)
