I got no such message, i checked my order status and it said it was open and being processed. i hope im wrong but amazon uk still list Aug21 as the release date. by the way does anyone know what 37 pounds is in US dollars.

You're going the wrong way Gary, 1 pound is equal to aprox 1.5 dollars. So to convert pounds to dollars you multiply the price in pounds by the exchange rate.

I'm in Calif and ordered the paperback version. If they send it out earlier than Aug. 21st, all the better.

The publish date is still listed as Aug. 21.

They are probably just doing it in order of purchase dates.. I have two orders in, and the one with the earlier date says the books are on the way, where as the second order does not.
