Good stuff, Ran! Finally we'll have something to wear to the convention!

Seriously, thanks for the info.

Glad I could help. :) I really have to say these are _great_ images ... hrm, in fact, I asked Martin if he wants us to scan the images of Moria's art and send them to him so he can have them put up on his webpage so folk can see what they're getting. No word yet, but I expect he'll say yes (doesn't seem to have read access to a scanner.) If it'd help anyone make decision about whether or not to buy these shirts, Linda and I would be glad to mail them to whoever wants them.

Are the images as good as the ones on the Heraldry Board?

Heh. Well, now, matter of opinion. I do admit I prefer our Stark, _but_ ours is the book-version. The position he asked Ms. Peters to make for the direwolf is very different, kind of snarling as it turns back. Very fierce, very bristly.

The dragon, on the other hand ... Our dragon is much too squat and static, but that's because it was a first try and we weren't too discerning. We're happy with it, but Rich Boy was already contemplating re-doing it when we got this image. So ... eventually, we'll have a new version by Boy, incorporating some of Peters' details (like the nifty heads and all) while changing the positioning some to what we feel could be a little nearer heraldic.

But, Peters' Targaryen is _nice_. Much better than Ms. Norrey's art, which is by and large forgettable.

If anyone's really interested in seeing 'em, gimme an e-mail address (or point me to the Email Index if you've posted there) and I'll see about sending a 93kb gif along with both the Stark and Targaryen in black and white.

Oh, yes, GRRM definitely _should_ talk her into a Greyjoy-Shirt. If anyone deserves to wear it, would that not be me?

Claid, keep the Stark shirt in reserve for the final night dinner. It's gonna be semi-formal.

Okay ... I know I sent the pictures to everyone up to Minn -- I just can't recall if I remembered to mail Nenz and Mike. Could you two speak up ... ? Don't want to bombard you with an extra if I'm just being forgetful. :)
