And that's right: Walker can arrest him but must let him go shortly later. Walker doesn't give up and tries to find out why Flanders can do what he wants. He finds out that Lainie Flanders, Mick's sister, is in the Witness Protection Program and she also wanted to have her brother added. Lainie doesn't believe Walker's story about the raid - not until she has seen the barkeeper in the intensive care unit. Coldblooded, Mick takes advantage of the fact that he can't be prosecuted. When Walker starts bothering him too much, Mick and Leo just break in on Walker's ranch and take Archie, who is spending the night there, as hostage. Walker and Trivette shadow Kurt after they have been led into a nearly deadly trap. During another raid Tony is arrested. After a statement against Kurt he is brought home but his way leads him straight to Kurt to take revenge. After a female student falls victim to a serial rapist on the campus after one of Alex's courses, Walker is also involved in this case. The ring of suspects can be limited to two persons: the professors Bilbum and Needham. Because Alex often work together with Needham Walker tells her to be very careful. Although everyone believes Meredith is a confidence trickster she gives some good tips which then lead to Norval Hayes. After a TV report about the abduction Meredith is wounded. Now it's clear that she was on the right way. Other pieces of information lead Trivette and C.D. to Rebecca. When she finally has been freed she tells that Norval is on the way to her mother.
