McLintock



John Wayne stars as George Washington McLintock, a rich rancher who has to battle the return of his estranged wife (Maureen O'Hara), and his daughter's return from college. The town is named after him for generous donations to the town.     



McLintock is seen here, with his right hand man, heading into town to tend some business, not knowing what is waiting for him.



McLintock is seen here talking to one of his hands, about the sale of some of his cattle.



McLintock has just found out his wife is back in town. He is seen here meeting her at her hotel room. They are discussing the arrival of their daughter. It sure ain't a delightful discussion now.



McLintock has just met a family to hire the son, when he discovers the kid's mother can cook, he hires her also. He is eating one of her biscuits in this scene.



McLintock has come into town to get away from his wife, who is staying at the ranch now. When he found out she was coming, he went to a friend's to play chess.



Farmers who are not welcome in rancher's land, attempt to hang an old indian chief, who is accused of kidnapping one of the farmer's children.



McLintock has arrived with his men, to save the chief, who has not done anything wrong. His men and him are seen here brawling with the farmers.



McLintock meets his daughter at the train, who is portrayed by Stefanie Powers.



McLintock is hosting a party for his daughter's coming home. You can see they are roasting a pig here.



McLintock is playing chess and listening to the annoying nerd that has come by to see his wife and daughter.



McLintock is seen here talking to his daughter, about her plans, and what he is willing to do for her.



McLintock has come home drunk, then he had a few drunks with the house maid. He just fell down the steps trying to help her up, then his wife appears thinking he is flirting with maid. After she finds out the maid is getting ready to marry the Sheriff, McLintock attempts to escort both ladies upstairs. In the attempt, they all fall back down the stairs.



MRS McLintock is seen covered in feathers, they have been running through town fighting. Have to see the movie to understand...



McLintock walks into his wife's hotel room, where she is trying to cleanup from their recent mess. He is trying to explain how much he loves her.



McLintock is giving his wife a spanking, to knock some sense into her. It works, they end up staying together. The End.
