The Earth is plagued with a terrible case of air pollution. It is so bad that it is necessary to wear anti-germ masks outside. Patrolling the streets is a force of tanks which acts as police do. Led by commander Charles Britain, the tank police take on all the crime in the city including terrorism. Leona Ozaki, a member of a female police squad, has recently been transferred to the tank police. At first intimidated by the squad, Leona eventually grows on her new found position and begins to enjoy her job. During a pursuit, Britain's favorite tank was destroyed, angering him much. With help from Al and Chaplain, Leona built a super-tank named Bonaparte from the scrap of Britain's tank. Bonaparte, an extremely small tank, is quite the toy. Because of its small size, it is extremely manueverable and fast, but it also packs a lot of firepower. Leona gets to play with Bonaparte quite a bit in these movies.
