Create a directory named - shado- in your hard disk, 
unpack all the files in it then type  - shado -


System Requirements
===================

SHADO: UFO, ATTACK SKY BASE requires the following minimum 
system components and memory:

* Computer: IBM, or fully compatible, 80386 33 MHz 
  (a 80486 66 MHz is recommended)

* System Memory: 2MB of RAM and 330k of Conventional Memory

* Graphics: SVGA graphics card VESA standard

* DOS: MSDOS 3.1 or higher

* Hard disk: 3.5 Mbytes free

* Soundcard: Soundblaster or 100% compatible

IMPORTANT:
The game will work only in SVGA mode
