OVERVIEW OPINION:
Before being mutated int oa Boar by Shredder, Bebop was a "hardcore" bully on the streets. After the mutation he was still as stupid as ever but he obtained unimaginal strength that he uses to fight the Ninja Turtles. Always losing and always dissapointing Shredder, Bebop manages to stay a key part of the footclan.
