Takapa Land Deal

It all started one day when Jock and Ray ran into Punk Anderson and Pat Powers while at the cattle auction.

They soon hit the bars and Punk asked Jock if he was interested in coming in on a project to develop the Takapa Lake swamp area into a nice resort.

There was still a lot of trouble on the horizon. Miss Ellie was on the committee to stop the Takapa.  She had no idea that Jock was behind the project.

When the board met, Bobby saved the day and Jock and Miss Ellie's marriage by working out a brilliant compromise by moving the resort to a different area of Takapa, letting the environmentalists and Miss Ellie preserve the disputed land.
