Frank Wildcat
An lucky coincidence, Baloo stumbled upon Frank Wildcat,currently the third member of the Higher for Hire squad, From what Baloo had heard, "Wildcat" was a highly brillant and good-natured repairman. Most mornings he was out bowling with friends Kirby and Dutch and the daytimes, he worked on planes.
Baloo persuaded him to become his partner. Their partnership grew into friendship, and together Baloo and Wildcat turned the Sea Duck into the legendary seaplane is it today. If it has not been for wildcat. Baloo's plane would not roar, it would be purring.....like an kitten being neutered
Wildcat is well known for his crazy inventions. One of the most sucessfull was a drill machine he constricted out of scrap metal and bubble gum when He, Baloo and some mine workers were trapped in a mine.
Wildcat may be a low watt bulb but his heart is warm. He enjoys to work with young Molly and helps her learn. Molly is eager to learn about Wildcat's work. It seems that Molly is inspired by Wildcat and may become a mechanic herself. Wildcat is rarely angry, unless theres a good reason. Wildcat may be slow at figuring things out but he is kind to animals and other people.
