Dorothy is perhaps the strangest character on the series. Throughout the series, she seems to always be working against the Gundam Pilots, yet in the last episode, after running Quatre through with a sword, she allows him to leave with Trowa. Dorothy is a constant source of turmoil in the Sanc Academy, trying to influence Relena toward a more violent method of ruling.
