On March 2nd 1999, the last ATSF caboose in Silsbee sits on track 133.  The doors on this caboose are welded shut to prevent vandalism.  This and one BN caboose are used on the local trains where long reverse movements are required.  They serve as a safe platform, but not as a real caboose any more, as an ETD is still used on the end.  This caboose, of class C11, was one of 75 buit in mid '81 by International that compised the last order of cabooses for the Santa Fe.  There are still approximateley 50 of the orignial 75 still on the BNSF roster (Thanks to Roger Kirkpatrick for the info).
