This is the back of the picture. The writing is very hard to read, and if you can read it any better than me, please let me know, as I am having difficulty reading one line. This is what I can make of it - "Taken April 10th 1904 at Rosa Washington N.P.R.R. 20 min after this picture was taken it hit a mud slide fireman Ryan was killed Brown brakeman was killed. Meridith on left Ryan center and Brown on right".
