Prime Minister's Cup
This trophy is presented annually to the team that wins the playoffs.

This trophy is presented annually to the player with the most points during the regular
season. It is named after Joe Malone who scored 44 goals in 20 games for the 1917-1918
Montreal Canadiens.

This trophy is awarded annually to the player judged to be the most valuable in the
league. It is named after the Hellhound great who died in a game.

This trophy is awarded annually to the best goalie in the league. It is named after
George Hainsworth of the Montreal Canadiens who recorded an amazing 22 shutouts in 44 games
in 1928-1929.

include activity in the form of press releases, team performance, promptness of replies, and
general attitude, among other things. It is named after the coach who has the most Stanley
Cup vicotires, Scotty Bowman.

Hansen Award
This trophy is presented annually to the player having accumulated the most penalty
minutes over the course of the regualr season. It is named after the three Hansen Brothers
from the movie "Slapshot"

Frank McGee Trophy
This trophy is awarded annually to the most valuable player during the play-offs. It
is named after Frank McGee who scored an amazing 14 goals in one Stanley Cup Final game
in 1904-1905 for the Ottawa Silver Seven.

Wayne Gretzky Award
This award is presented after the All-Star game to the most valuable player in the
annual All-Star Game. It is named after Wayne Gretzky, the NHL's all-time leader in
goals, assists, points. He also holds over 50 records in the NHL record book.
