LM 622
Hi. Welcome to my first attempt at a Web site! This site is still in its infancy at the moment, but will greatly improve during the coming weeks, so please keep popping back! New pages are added at the moment on a weekly basis, but I'm afraid you will have to use the links at the bottom of each page to navigate the site! The opening picture shows Eastern Counties Bristol MW, LM 622 (EVF 622C) at Levington in Sept 1979.

RL 687 (DRX 631K)
Although RE operation at Ipswich had ceased earlier in 1985, RL 687 (DRX 631K) appeared for a few weeks later in the year. Seen in the Old Cattle Market bus station in October 1985, RL 687 collects passengers for a Saturday working of route 852 bound for Diss. This bus came to Eastern Counties in 1981 from Alder Valley.

RLE 869 (WPW 869H)
My all-time favourite! Ipswich / Felixstowe based dual-purpose RLE 869 (WPW 869H) was captured by the camera in deepest Suffolk at Brundish in November 1983, whilst in the care of the Woodbridge out-station. This bus still survives on a farm in Nether Stowey, Somerset, and when I win the lottery, she will be rescued and restored to her former glory!
