Vung Tau (a.k.a. Cap Saint Jacques), a beach resort south-east of Saigon. This is the city I lived in during my stay in Vietnam. This is where most oil-related activities are based.

A popular beach about 20 mi from Vung Tau. Personally, I prefer the quiet Ho Coc beach, but compared to the beaches in Vung Tau itself, this beach is still much better.
