Buff Bagwell has spoken out about his current staus in WCW and has stated March 1 as the date that he decides the rest of his wrestling future. Bagwell has stated that he has had talks with Vince McMahon who has "offered him the world". So needless to say, Bagwell is interested in taking his services up north if he thinks he is getting the shaft. Read more in the daily news update.
No Way Out is shaping up to be one heck of a wrestling card for the WWF. Add The Hardy's vs Edge and Christian to the card, whihc is always a great match.
Speaking of releases, both Glenn Kulka and Luna have been let go by the WWF. Kulka's release was only a matter of time as he was injured form the start with a serious leg injury that sidelined him for nearly a year and most recently with his troubles with the law in Canada. However it was reported that Kulka was unaware of his release until a radio station had to ask his opinion of it.
For Luna, on the other hand, this is one of few times she has been let go by the WWF. In this instance it was after a big conflict with a television producer. Luna always has been a good in ring performer and could have added a lot to a legitimate womens division. It may also be interesting to see how this affects Gangrel, who just so happens to be Luna's husband. It has been my opinion that Gangrel has been underused since coming into the WWF, and unfortuneately this may not help his cause.
The main event for ECW's next PPV looks like it'll be a 3-way between Awesome, Tanaka, and Spike Dudley. Awesome was fortunate enough to win the title initaially in a 3-way dance...will he be as fortunate this go around?
There is some kind of deal was being worked on between Tori of the WWF and PENTHOUSE magazine. Al Isaccs reports that she was negotiating with Playboy, but this Penthouse deal got in the way.
The Rock will host Saturday Night Live on March 18,2000.
Raw Is War will be coming to us live from WCW's home town of Georgia on Monday. Expect some superstar returns like Test and the British Bulldog.
