Welcome to my Flyers site. My name is Diane, I'm a 16 year old girl and like many other people, I think the Flyers are the best. This page will contain game recaps, poems and stories (written by myself), information and anything else on I can think of to put on here. Since I have to go to prison..er..school during the week, I will try my best to update this site whenever I get the chance. This site is also dedicated to the hatred towards the Buffalo Sabres. GAME RECAPS 10/9 V.S. Rangers Score: 1-0 Flyers Goals: Daigle #19 Player of the Game: John Vanbiesbrock, #34. The Flyers new goalie records his first shut out playing for Philadelphia. Alexandre Daigle scored the only goal in the game, giving the Flyers their first win of the season. 10/11 V.S. Ducks Score: 4-1 Flyers Goals: Lindros #88, LeClair #10, Brind'Amour #17, Lindros #88 Player of the Game: John LeClair, #10. Johnny made the player of the game after scoring one goal and 3 assists for a four point game. 10/16 V.S. Lightning Score: 5 - 2 Flyers Goals: Forbes #12, Lindros #88, LeClair #10 (Hat trick) Player of the Game: Once again, Johnny LeClair, #10 made the player of the game by scoring three goals on the Lightning's goalie, Puppa. Go Johnny! Hextall played a full game, only letting in two goals and reminding us that he can still play the game. GO RON! 10/17 V.S. Hurricanes Score: 1-1 tie OT Goals: Lindros #88 Player of the Game: Valeri Zelepukin, #26. Zelepukin, (who was gained in a trade for Lacroix), gets his first Player of the Game in an orange uniform. The Flyers captain, Eric Lindros scored the only goal for the Flyers. 10/20 V.S. Sharks Score: 3 - 1 Flyers Goals: Brind'Amour #17, Forbes #12, Lindros #88 Player of the Game: Colin Forbes, #12 10/22 V.S. LINDROS V.S. Barnaby by Diane He shoots, he scores! Oh MAN, what a game! The Flyers huggle in all of their fame. The fans jump and cheer for the love of it all; Lindros and Barnaby get into a brawl. Lindros knocks Barnaby down with a punch; Nobody likes Barnaby much. Away to the hospital on a stretcher he leaves; Through the crowded players, the stretcher weaves.
