ARLINGTON TRAVELERS BASEBALL

Arlington Travelers
|
The Arlington Travelers established in
1986 by David Gray have won the AABC
Mickey Mantle State Championship and
have gone to the State Championship as
PeeWee Reese, Sandy Koufax and Connie
Mack. We are members of the Sundowner
Optimist Select Baseball League in
Arlington, Texas.

|
David Gray, Manager of the Travelers has
coached baseball for 29 years in Enid,
Oklahoma and here in Arlington, Texas.
His teaching of fundenmentals such as
fielding, throwing and hitting have
helped prepare many young men for High
School and College. I have coached with
David for six years and think he is one
of the finest teacher's of the game of
baseball in the state of Texas.

Work outs
|
The Traveler's are currently working out
every weekend mostly with pitcher's and
catchers. Our season will begin the end
of May and are looking forward to a
successful season. Player's looking for
a team must be born on or after August 1
1981 we will be taking player who have
started on the JV or Varisity team of
their High Schools.
