UPDATED ON 0808-1998 Potong Pasir Roller Hockey team were the Pioneering favourites to win competitions during the 95-96 stages.They were then called THE POTONG PASIR (WILDCATS)
Their formidable offense were contributed by players like YUSLAN(P.P),GABRIEL(GOD)and KEVIN WEE.Defence line made up by TIMOTHY,MELVIN(CAT)DAMIEN(DOG)LINDEN,DANNY(GOALIE)A.J ADRIAN(GOALIE).As years went by,younger players started coming in an we were introduced to players like the BJORN(SOUL)from NORWAY,GEORGE,(JAWZ),WEI-YUAN(PSYCHO 7)ALEX(VeNoM),JAMES.They did have a successful under 12years of age team(TEAM NITEMARE)They even had their own jerseys.Unfortunately they disappeared like a 'Nightmare'when Wildcats were about to be disband.
The year is 1998.Our remaining players like BJORN(SOUL)JAMES,TIMOTHY finally merged with STRIKERS JR(Pending).They had six players with them.We sometimes have 4 sometimes had more.We were outnumbered and hopeless.In future,you can see us play with the second version a sponsered jersey,SELF-IMPROVISED goal cage,top quality goalie equipment and of course our well known 'SLIPPERY WHEN DRY'hockey ground.I Stress "In future"

.Also one of the pioneering team in the Singapore hockey scene.Unlike their bigger brothers,they have never won any tournaments reputations before but they have one thing in common.They are small sized agile and very experienced.Altough they were short of one more line of players for a few years,that did not stop them from training and organising matches.Sometimes you can see them training in serangoon gardens in the morning.Down with men,high in spirits.They were always down to six men while others had 12 or more.Brought in by Mr.Loh Kam Seng(BULL#%$$)These guys are 'Ready To Strike'with a foundation brought in from POTONG PASIR C.C.Let's just hope that we will make it successfully when we merge in as a new team.
