The Cowboys are ecstatic to land the University of Tennessee standout, who the team ranked as one of the top three cornerbacks in the entire draft. Dwayne Goodrich was the two-time All-SEC pick who had 12 career interceptions with the Volunteers, including two against Florida State in the 1999 Fiesta Bowl to win the National Championship.
